First Light changes that. It is a self-paced online program that introduces the foundations of First Nations culture, the history that reshaped it, and the realities of today. It is built for anyone. Whether your organisation is rolling it out across a team or you are taking it on your own, the learning is the same. So is what it asks of you.
This is not a video to sit through. It is interactive. It tests what you have understood, not what you have read. It also points forward to the next step for anyone ready to take it.
First Light was created by Indiji Corp. The same team that delivers immersive programs to organisations such as Rio Tinto and Mitsui built this. The standard does not drop because the format is shorter.
