What guides us.

  • First Nations led

Every program is designed and delivered by First Nations facilitators, co-facilitated with Traditional Owners. Not talked about. Carried by the people it belongs to.

  • Practical, not performative

Capability your teams can apply, measured before and after. If you cannot prove it moved, it did not count.

  • Built on relationships

Long-term partnerships with the communities and organisations we work with. We turn down work when the intent is absent.

We turn cultural awareness into capability your teams can use every day.

Indiji Corp was founded by Gail Reynolds-Adamson to close the gap between good intentions and genuine cultural capability. Three decades of practice, carried into the rooms where decisions are made. The confidence to start conversations, build relationships, and make better decisions working alongside First Nations people.

All programmes are adapted to your sector, your workforce, and your specific cultural context. Indiji Corp does not deliver off-the-shelf training.

The brief, the content, the facilitation approach, and the facilitation team are shaped around what your people actually need to change. Two organisations can attend the same programme format and have completely different experiences – because the work is built around them.

Yes. Indiji Corp delivers programmes across Australia – in metropolitan offices, regional sites, and remote locations. On Country experiences are arranged on a bespoke basis and involve the Traditional Owners of the specific Country where the learning takes place.

Use the contact form on the Contact Us page to tell us about your organisation, your sector, and the challenge you are trying to solve. The Indiji Corp team will come back to you to arrange an initial conversation.

There is no standard package. Every engagement starts with understanding your context – your workforce, your Country, your obligations, and where the capability gaps actually are.
