Every engagement begins the same way. We listen. If the work is right, we will tell you. If it is not, we will tell you that too.

Common questions about our programmes.

A Reconciliation Action Plan is a framework for organisations to formalise their commitment to reconciliation with First Nations Australians. Developed through Reconciliation Australia, a RAP sets out specific, measurable actions across relationships, respect, and opportunities.

Indiji Corp supports organisations through RAP development at every level – from Reflect to Elevate. Not a compliance document. Not a statement of intent. A plan grounded in genuine cultural understanding, with actions your organisation can and will deliver.

An Indigenous Participation Plan is a documented commitment by an organisation to increase First Nations employment, procurement, and community engagement. IPPs are required under many government contracts, particularly in mining, infrastructure, and resources.

Indiji Corp designs IPPs that go beyond compliance. Not a document that satisfies a tender requirement and sits unread. A plan that creates real pathways for First Nations people and is achievable within your operational context.

Yes. First Light is Indiji Corp’s online cultural competency training – a 30-minute introduction to First Nations culture available through the Indiji Corp learning platform. It is designed for large-scale workforce induction where face-to-face delivery is not practical.

All other Indiji Corp programmes are face-to-face. The depth of shift they create – the kind that changes how your people show up on Country and in the workplace – cannot be replicated through a screen.

Indiji Corp delivers five core programmes:

  • Impact Pathways: the two-day immersive cultural capability flagship programme
  • Indiji Index: an evidence-based cultural capability audit that establishes a measurable baseline
  • BIRDIYA: a senior leader masterclass in cultural capability
  • First Light: a 30-minute online introduction to First Nations culture, designed for large workforces
  • On Country with Cultural Immersion: cultural learning on the land with Traditional Owners

Programmes are designed to work as a progression. Each one builds on the last.
