We did not set out to build a company. We set out to change what culture means at work.

The founder in her own words.
For decades, I worked across government, mining, tourism, employment and governance. Everywhere I went, I saw the same thing. A lot of talk about diversity. Workplaces that were still not safe or respectful for First Nations people, or for anyone whose culture sat outside the norm.
I had spent a lifetime building the knowledge to change that. But it lived in my head, and in the communities closest to me. It needed a way out. So, I built one.
Indiji Corp is the vehicle I created to carry that knowledge into organisations, make it visible, and turn it into a lasting capability. Not a one-off workshop. Not awareness for its own sake. Real change in how people work alongside one another, long after we leave the room.
I am a descendant of the Nyungar and Mirning peoples. This work is personal. I want workplaces where people are respected for their culture, not judged by their colour. Where anyone can walk in, contribute what they know, and belong. And where companies become good neighbours on Country, working with the respect Traditional Owners have been owed for generations.

Our Mission.
Culture is not a conversation. It is a standard. Most organisations talk about it. Few know how to live it. We help them close that gap. From awareness to capability. From intention to practice. From something talked about to something you can see and measure.
Guided by truth, integrity, respect and cultural safety. Grounded in Indigenous knowledge, lived experience, and First Nations people’s right to lead, decide and govern their own futures. Courageous in how we challenge thinking. Articulate in how we shape ideas. Confident in what we build. Nothing done for show. Only what builds trust, strengthens organisations, and makes people feel safe being who they are.
At Indiji Corp, we turn cultural intent into cultural impact and build a future where cultural capability defines how good organisations operate.
Values practiced, not performed.
-
Cultural Safety
Every person in the room should feel safe to be who they are. Not welcomed as a courtesy. Safe as a standard. We build environments where cultural identity is respected and protected, not just acknowledged. That starts with us. It starts before anyone else enters the room.
-
Impact
Most organisations call it impact when people show up. We call it impact when something actually changes. Real impact is not what people feel as they walk out of a workshop. It is what they do differently six months later. If you cannot prove it moved, it did not count.
-
Integrity
We say what we mean. We do what we say. No gap between the two. Every claim we make is backed. Every promise is delivered. If we cannot do the work properly, we will not do it at all. That is not a sales line. It is a decision we have made more than once.
-
Courage
This work asks people to sit with discomfort. So do we. We tell the truth about history. We name what is not working. We enter rooms where the conversation is hard, and we do not soften it to make it easier. Courage is not a word on a wall. It is what the two days demand of everyone in them, including us.
These are not aspirations.
They are the standard we hold ourselves to in every conversation with every client, every time. Why we co-facilitate with Traditional Owners, not talk about them. Why we turn down work when the intent is absent. Values you can see in the work are the only ones worth having and living by.
Our Journey.
Indiji Corp did not appear overnight. It was built over more than two decades of work across tourism, enterprise, training, and cultural consultancy. Different names. Different businesses. The same purpose running through every one of them: making culture visible, valued, and understood. This is the path that brought us here.
