Most organisations understand that cultural capability matters. Fewer can tell you where they actually stand today.

Not in broad terms. In real, measurable terms.

The Indiji Index Cultural Capability Audit gives you that answer. A clear, evidence-based assessment of attitudes and behaviours across your people. A score you can see. A starting point you can act on.

The Cultural Capability Uplift.

The difference between where you start and where you land is what we call the Cultural Capability Uplift. It is not a promise. It is a measurable shift, shown in numbers your whole organisation can see. Measured before the work. Measured after the work. Measured again at three and six months to prove the shift is still with your people, not a spike that faded when the training ended.

The Indiji Index as an entry point.

You do not need to commit to a full Impact Pathways Program to start.

The Indiji Index works on its own. It shows you where your organisation stands, where the gaps are, and where the risk sits. You leave with evidence that holds up wherever the pressure comes from. Governance. Risk. Workforce. Community. Reputation.

What happens next is yours. Some organisations move straight into a tailored program. Others use the findings to reset internal priorities. Either way, we stay with you and guide you through what comes next.

Friendly Office Collaboration

What we measure, and how.

The Indiji Audit assesses two things: attitudes and behaviours. Not what people say they believe, but what they actually think and how they act.

Every participant is assessed individually. The results build an organisational picture that shows exactly where capability sits today, which attitudes and behaviours are already there, and which ones need attention.

Cultural Safety Workshop Whiteboard Session

The two things that tell us everything.

We align to the internationally recognised Cultural Proficiency Continuum, an established framework used across health, education and organisational development worldwide. It maps six stages of cultural capability, from destructive practices through to cultural intelligence.

The framework is independent of Indiji Corp, which means your people are measured against a standard already recognised across industries and countries, not one we created ourselves.

In our experience, most organisations sit somewhere in the middle. They want to do better but lack the knowledge to act. That middle ground is where the greatest risk sits and where the greatest uplift is possible.

Start with a conversation.

You cannot build what you have not measured, and you cannot prove a shift you have not benchmarked.
